cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when booking treatments, payable by bank transfer. This deposit can be transferred to another appointment if 48 hours or more notice of cancellation is given.

Treatment cancellation – Please notify within 48 hours if you need to change or cancel an appointment. All cancellations after this time will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.

Balance of treatment costs can be paid on the day by bank transfer, card payment or cash.
